Where do you keep your size chart?

You can find our size charts on product pages, or from our footer.

How do I write a review?

If you have any issues with our products, please reach out to us directly first so that we can  fix the problem. 

After you have tried out your awesome purchases, we’d love you to leave a review on our website. 

You will need to have previously purchased the item to leave a product review. Simply navigate to the item you are reviewing, and below the price you will see a link  ‘Write a Review’.  Thank you for taking the time to do this. 

Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t. Please go ahead with guest checkout and you’ll be done in minutes. 

Creating a Stocking Riot account might be for you. Your account will enable you to check out faster, track the fulfilment of your orders and save items to your wishlist (which, if your birthday is coming up, you might want to share with friends ;)). Signing up is easy. 

Create an account by clicking on the person icon in the top right hand corner of your screen or create an account after check out by creating a password.  You do not need to place an order to create an account.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Paypal and EFT Bank Deposit.

All orders are processed in AUD.

How do I pay by bank deposit?

Simply select the bank deposit option on check out and we will immediately forward you our bank details via email once you have placed your order. Processing bank deposit orders may take an additional day due to funds clearance rates. 

Can I change my order?

We will do our best, provided that your order hasn’t already been processed. If you have made an error, please reach out to us as soon as possible via live chat or email

If your order has already been shipped, we’ll ask that you return it for a full refund provided the items are unopened and unworn. Learn more about refunds on our Shipping & Returns page.

How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

We value your security and privacy. Learn more about how we collect, store and use your information by reviewing our privacy policy.

To ensure your information is kept safe we protect Stocking Riot with GeoTrust QuickSSL, offering 256-bit SSL encryption and 99.9% compatibility to all browsers on desktop and mobile. We do not store your credit card information as it is submitted directly to our banks. 

Our servers are PCI DSS 3.2 certified at level 1.

Gift Cards

How do I send a gift certificate?

Firstly, good on you!  Find Gift Certificates in the top right hand corner of your screen in the header  - just click on the present. 

Simply fill in our form, select the gift amount and provide us with the recipients email and we’ll shoot off your gift certificate to the recipient. You are able to choose a set amount and add a message to your lucky person. We will also send you a confirmation email for your records. 

If you are after multiple gift certificates contact us and we can sort that for you. 

Gift Certificates are valid for 365 days. After this time, they will expire and cannot be redeemed. Valid certificates may only be redeemed online within the Stocking Riot store and are not able to be exchanged for cash. 

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

Apply your unique code at checkout and your order will be updated to reflect the assigned amount.  Have fun choosing!

My Account

How do I update my account details?

Log in to your account and navigate to the ‘Account Settings’ tab to update your contact information, or ‘Addresses’ to update your postage information. 

I would like to cancel my account. How do I do that?

Please contact us to request removal from our database and we will fulfil your request as soon as possible. Unfortunately the software is unable to complete this automatically.
