Shipping & Returns

We take great care to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Your order is packaged in a re-usable fabric storage bag and sent in a recycled mailer bag for moisture and travel protection. (This mailer is also recyclable)

How long does delivery take? 

We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order on standard business days. In most circumstances, orders placed before 2pm AEST will be shipped on the same day. 

Once your order is shipped, transit time will vary depending on your shipping option, destination and the customs process in your country. 

Shipping Australia

All orders are delivered via Australia Post.

Australian orders will arrive within 3 - 5 business days. 

International Shipping

New Zealand orders may take up to 8 days. 

United States orders will take 7 - 14 days. 

International Express orders will take 2- 4 days between major metro areas. 

Please note: Times may vary for international orders because of customs delays, particularly during busy periods.

To check on your order status, log into your Stocking Riot account. If you have not set up an account, it’s not too late. Create an account by clicking on the person icon in the top right hand corner of your screen or create an account after check out by creating a password. 

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer standard shipping throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Australia and New Zealand: AUD$4.95 fixed rate shipping per order, or free for orders over AUD$29.00.

For international orders please review options in the cart as shipping will depend on the size of your order and your location. 

Do you accept returns, refunds and exchanges?

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return new, unworn items. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc) we will pay the return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes youbank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Can I track my order?

Our standard shipping is with Australia Post and does not include tracking.  If you would like your parcel tracked, please Contact Us and we will provide a quote for tracked shipping to your address.  

What about duties, customs, and additional fees?

Australian residents will not be subject to additional fees as our items are shipped from within Australia.

Please be aware that international orders orders over $200 may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Stocking Riot is not responsible for these charges.
