How long does delivery take? 

Once your order is shipped, transit time will vary depending on your shipping option, destination and the customs process in your country. These options will be available to you at the checkout. Typically, standard delivery in the US and Australia is anywhere between 4 and 8 business days. 

Priority shipping options are available at the checkout and should take 2 to 3 days. 

You will receive a confirmation email that your order has shipped. 

United States Shipping

Free shipping applies on all orders over $49 and orders containing any anti-chafing shorts. 

Standard delivery costs $6.00 and will take 5-10 business days to arrive. 

Priority shipping is available from $9.00 and should take 2-3 days. 

Shipping Australia

All Australian orders are delivered via Australia Post and shipped out of our warehouse in Adelaide, Australia. We provide next day shipping to get items to you faster. In many cases, if items are ordered in the morning - they will be included in the same day's processing.

Priority shipping is available from $12.95 and should take 2-3 days. 

Please note: Australia Post is experiencing delays due to the pandemic and flooding in some areas of the country. 

 

International Shipping

New Zealand orders may take up to 8 days. 

Canada orders may take up to 6-12 days.

Orders to Mexico may take 10-14 days.

Please note: Times may vary for international orders because of customs delays, particularly during busy periods.

Do you accept returns, refunds and exchanges?

Stocking Riot intimates can be returned as long as you follow the return rules below.

As you're returning underwear, we need to make sure the following points outlined below meet undergarment hygiene laws.

To ensure hygiene laws are followed you need to ensure everything is:

✔︎ Unworn 

✔︎ Not Washed 

✔︎ In Original Packaging + Tags 

✔︎ Within our 30 day exchange period 

Please note:

  • We do not refund shipping fees.
  • Change of mind returns will not be accepted for this item due to hygiene reasons

Items to be exchanged for different sizing for the anti-chafing shorts only is encouraged where required. We recommend you try on your anti chafe underwear over existing underwear to ensure you are happy with the fit.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return new, unworn items. 

Can I track my order?

Our standard shipping is with Australia Post and does not include tracking. 

You can upgrade to tracked packages and express tracked packages in the check out.  If you can not find your tracking please email us for an update.

What about duties, customs, and additional fees?

Additional taxes will not apply to Australian or US customers as their items are warehoused within the given countries so are not being imported. 

Please be aware that international orders orders over $200 may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Stocking Riot is not responsible for these charges.
