COVID-19 UPDATE: Orders are shipping on schedule but may arrive later than usual due to Australia Post delays.

Your order is sent in a recycled mailer bag for moisture and travel protection. 

Stockings come in a fabric storage bag.

How long does delivery take? 

We process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order on standard business days. In most circumstances, orders placed before 12pm AEST will be shipped on the same day. 

Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm will not be processed until the following Monday.

Once your order is shipped, transit time will vary depending on your shipping option, destination and the customs process in your country. 

You will receive a confirmation email that your order has shipped. 

Shipping Australia

All orders are delivered via Australia Post and shipped out of our warehouse in Adelaide, Australia. 

Australian orders will arrive within 3 - 10 business days. However, in some circumstances Australia Post are experiencing delays due to the pandemic. 

International Shipping

New Zealand orders may take up to 8 days. 

United States orders will take 7 - 14 days. 

International Express orders will take 2- 4 days between major metro areas. 

Please note: Times may vary for international orders because of customs delays, particularly during busy periods.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer standard shipping throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Australia and New Zealand: AUD$4.95 fixed rate shipping per order, or free for orders over AUD$49.00.

For international orders please review options in the cart as shipping will depend on the size of your order and your location. 

Do you accept returns, refunds and exchanges?

Stocking Riot intimates can be returned as long as you follow the return rules below.

As you're returning underwear, we need to make sure the following points outlined below meet undergarment hygiene laws.

To ensure hygiene laws are followed you need to ensure everything is:

Unworn ✔︎ Not Washed ✔︎ In Original Packaging + Tags ✔︎ Within our 30 day exchange period ✔︎

Please note: 

  • We do not refund shipping fees.
  • Change of mind returns will not be accepted for this item due to hygiene reasons

Items to be exchanged for different sizing for the anti-chafing shorts only is encouraged where required. We recommend you try on your anti chafe underwear over existing underwear to ensure you are happy with the fit.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return new, unworn items. 

Can I track my order?

Our standard shipping is with Australia Post and does not include tracking. 

You can upgrade to tracked packages and express tracked packages in the check out.  

What about duties, customs, and additional fees?

Australian residents will not be subject to additional fees as our items are shipped from within Australia.

Please be aware that international orders orders over $200 may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Stocking Riot is not responsible for these charges.
